Regulation on the settlement and collection of fees (consultation)

As per determination of 25 March 2009, ANACOM approved the draft Regulation on the posting, settlement and collection of fees due to this Authority and the corresponding statement of reasons.
This draft Regulation is subject to the regulatory procedure foreseen in article 11 of ANACOM's Statutes. A period of 30 working days has been set for comments.
