Consultation on the auction Regulation for the granting of BWA

ANACOM approved, by determination of 20 May 2009, the draft of the auction Regulation for the granting of frequencies rights of use for broadband wireless access (BWA), as well as the respective statement of reasons.

This draft is subject to the regulatory procedure established in Article 11 of ANACOM's Statutes, as well as the general consultation procedure established in Article 8 of the Law of Electronic Communications, with a period of 30 working days provided for interested parties to submit their comments under both procedures. Comments should therefore be received by 10 July 2009, preferably sent by e-mail to "Reg.leilao.bwa@anacom.pt".

Once the consultation process has been concluded, the responses received will be published on this website, whereby interested parties should clearly indicate any items which they consider confidential.
