By determination of 27 May 2009, ANACOM approved the new Annex 6 to the National Frequency Allocation Plan (NFAP), which establishes the frequency bands used by stations of amateur services and amateur satellite services, and the respective conditions of use for the different amateur categories, as well as the status of these radiocommunications services.
This determination integrates the final report of the consultation to which the corresponding draft annex, approved by determination of 25 March 2009, was subject, in the scope of which responses were received from the following entities: Associação Portuguesa de Amadores de Rádio para a Investigação, Educação e Desenvolvimento (AMRAD), Portugal Telecom Group, Liga Amadores Rádio Sintra (LARS), Rede de Emissores Portugueses (REP).
Comments were also received from the following amateurs: André Valério, António Matias, Artur Machado, Fernando Clemente, João Martins, José Luís Proença, José Proença, Manuel Dias, Manuel Gomes, Miguel Silva, Paulo Calvo, Paulo Santos, Pedro Almeida and Rui Simas.
