Notice
Under the terms of articles 21 and 22 of Decree-Law no. 381-A/97, of December 30, the Board of Directors of the Instituto das Comunicações de Portugal (ICP), deliberated the following on 23 December 1999:
1 - To reserve for the International Mobile Telecommunication Systems (IMT2000/UMTS), 2 x 15 MHz of shared spectrum in the 1920-1980 MHz / 2110-2170 MHz bands and 5 MHz of non-shared spectrum in the 1900-1920 MHz band, for each of the four licences.
2 - Under the terms of Decree-Law no. 381-A/97, of December 30, frequency attribution shall be carried out by means of a public tender.
