Ministerial Order

By my order of August 1, 2000, a public tender was launched for the attribution of four licences of national scope for International Mobile Telecommunication Systems (IMT2000/UMTS).

Under the terms of point 3 of article 13 of the Tender Regulations, approved by Administrative Ruling no. 532-A/2000, of July 31, the public act shall be carried out by a five-member commission, which will also evaluate the bids and draw up a classification list of the bidders.

It is thus important to define the composition of said Commission and nominate the respective members.

Thus, under the terms and for the purposes of that set out in point 3 of article 13 of the Tender Regulations, approved by Administrative Ruling no. 532-A/2000, of July 31, I hereby nominate the following individuals as members of the Commission:
