Statement

For all relevant purposes it is hereby declared that Law no. 5/2004, of 10 February (Electronic Communications Law), published in the Official Gazette, I-A Series, no. 34, of 10 February 2004, was issued with the following inaccuracies, which are corrected as follows:

In article 3, point l), for ''or service providers and the resources'' read ''or service providers, and the resources''.

In article 3, point u), for ''«NTP» means the physical point'' read ''«NTP (network termination point)» means the physical point''.

In article 17, paragraph 2, point f), for ''global interoperability of services;'' read ''global interoperability of services.''.

In article 17, paragraph 2, point g), for ''g) The allocation of […] the preceding paragraphs;'' read ''3 - The allocation of […] the preceding paragraphs.''.
