For all due purposes, we hereby declare that Decree-Law no. 272/98, published on the Portuguese Government Journal (Diário da República) I Series, no. 202/98, of 2 of September 1998, the original of which is filed in this Secretariat-General, contained the following erratum, which is thus rectified:
In paragraph c) of article 12, «Of the procedures to observe so as to obtain the authorisation referred to in article 4» must read «Of the procedures to observe so as to obtain the authorisation referred to in article 3».
