Statement
Pursuant to point h) of paragraph 1 of article 4 of Decree-Law no. 162/2007, of 3 May, it is hereby declared that Administrative Rule no. 207-B/2008, published as a supplement to the Official Gazette, 1st Series, no. 40, of 26 February 2008, was issued with an inaccuracy which, by means of a statement from the issuing entity, is hereby amended to read as follows:
In paragraph 3, for:
«The fee laid down in paragraph 1 shall be reduced by 62,5% up to the expiry of a three-year time limit from the date of allocation of the right of use for frequencies.»
read:
«The fee laid down in paragraph 1 shall be reduced by 50% up to the expiry of a three-year time limit from the date of allocation of the right of use for frequencies. »
