Statement of Rectification

For all due purposes, we hereby declare that Decree-Law no. 381-A/97, published in the Diário da República (Portuguese Government Gazette), 1st series-A, no. 300 (3rd supplement), of 30 December 1997, the original of which is filed in this Secretariat-General, contained the following erratum, which is thus rectified: In article 1, «provider of public use telecommunications service.» must read «provider of public use telecommunications services.».
