Summary:

Highlights of the November 2009 issue of the Spectru monthly bulletin include reports on the new consideration of regulatory accounting models, the decision on the “Telephone PT Hello” offer by PT Telecomunicações (PTC) and the 3 December ANACOM-organised workshop on “Application of the R&TTE Regime” in Portugal. The first page also covers results of the CNSA-LAP anti-spam workshop and approval of the regulation governing the auction of frequency usage rights for broadband wireless access (BWA).

This issue also contains data on ported numbers (October 2009) and articles on the ANACOM international public tender for development and implementation of a mobile termination costing model and on publication of a clarification and measures concerning fees collected by this Authority. Also considered are ANACOM’s 20th anniversary and the appointment of a new member to its management board.

A supplement on ECC decisions adopted by Portugal is also included.
