Our aim is to provide the best possible service. On-Line Attendance is henceforth available for those seeking information and services previously only supplied at our public attendance centres.
Forms for a number of services are available, and may be filled out and sent electronically without leaving your computer.
To access to updated data on the usage statistics of the electronic forms available herein, refer to the Statistics on the use of electronic forms - 2008http://www.anacom.pt/template25.jsp?categoryId=185902.
We have also simplified the presentation format of support documents; the payment of applicable fees has also been facilitated.
These electronic services concern the following ANACOM areas of intervention: telecommunications infrastructures in buildings (ITED), protection for radio reception (disruptions in sound and televised radio-broadcasting equipment), amateur service, personal radio service - citizen's band (CB) and audiotext services.
Given their nature, the corresponding information and forms are for the time being only available in Portuguese.
As part of our work to provide a better service, ANACOM has made available a new form http://www.anacom.pthttps://www.anacom.pt/bvirtual/index.jsp?do=edit&channel=graphic&mode=edit&idform=FCIRCS-EN&hc=offin english that consumers can use to make complaints, request information or send comments and suggestions. This form will make it easier for ANACOM to manage and respond to the feedback that it receives from the public.
In order to continue to provide the best possible service, ANACOM's Online Services Desk contains new online services. The Desk can be used to request services and obtain information about ANACOM's activities and also gain access to other services such as One Stop Shopping for Satellite Services and Networks, Public Enquiries and Voting of ETSI and Numbering Plans of Other Countries.
You may also visit the European Union (EU) website "Dialogue with Citizens [The hiperlink will open in a new window and take you out of the ANACOM site. ANACOM is not responsible for the content and respective updating of external sites.] http://europa.eu.int/citizensrights/index_en.cfm’’, where you will find detailed information on the EU citizens’ rights and opportunities, in the context of the internal market, advice on how to exercise these rights as well as information on relevant post addresses, telephone numbers, websites and e-addresses.
Also provided here are useful answers to a number of frequent questions about current issues (such as the national numbering plan, fixed telephone service, operator portability, audiotext services, local loop unbundling and the ITED regime), a glossary of technical terms and, of course, our contacts.
The frequent questions (except those about the ITED regime) are also available in English, along with our contacts.
Please help us build this On-Line Attendance service by sending your appropriate comments and suggestions to info@anacom.pt.
