Universal Service of Telecommunications
Set of public interest telecommunications services conceived to satisfy the communication needs of the population and the economic and social activities throughout the national territory. This set of services is obligatorily provided by certain operators, according to terms of equality and continuity and pursuant to suitable conditions of remuneration, taking into consideration the demands of economic development and social harmony and balance.
