By determination of 28 March 2012, ANACOM approved a draft decision suspending for 10 working days the use of two audiotext service access codes, of the “607” numbering range, allocated to the companies Códigoeco – Estudos de Mercado, Unipessoal, Lda. and Horas Cheias – Comunicações Eletrónicas, Unipessoal, Lda. These providers may assess the matter, if they so wish, within 10 working days, in accordance with articles 100 and 101 of the Administrative Procedure Code.
The referred draft decision follows a set of monitoring activities promoted by this Authority in the course of which several cases of irregularity in the provision of audiotext services by those providers were found.
