"It provides an analysis and evaluation of the current legal framework of the authorisations for the provision of Mobile Satellite Systems/Complementary Ground Components (MSS/CGC), the authorisations issued and the enforcement regimes across the 28 EU Member States.
This analysis follows the adoption of :
•Decision 626/2008/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on selection and authorisation of MSS systems,
•Decision 2009/449/EC on the selection of MSS operators, and
•Decision 2011/667/EU on modalities for coordinated application of the rules on enforcement with regard to MSS." |
