"This is Nkom’s third annual report on net neutrality in Norway. Net neutrality is the principle that all internet traffic must be treated equally, regardless of sender, recipient, equipment, application, service or content. The report describes the status of net neutrality in the Norwegian market. Net neutrality was codified in law in Norway with effect from March 2017 in connection with the introduction of European rules on net neutrality, in accordance with Regulation 2015/21201.
