Due to the prolonged consulting process, the regulator, the Autoridade Nacional de Comunicacoes (ANACOM), has several draft decisions pending. The regulator needs to avoid such delays to make sure regulation is timely and does not hinder the development of the market. ANACOM should start thinking of a roadmap for the allocation of the 700MHz band to mobile broadband services." |
