| NOTAS: | "In 2017 the Czech Telecommunication Office focused on fostering the development of competition when it completed the fourth round of analyses of relevant markets No. 3a, 3b and 4, successfully notified all analyses to the European Commission, and subsequently published them. It also performed a three-criteria test of the newly envisaged mobile data market as a necessary prerequisite for considerations on the possible regulation of that market. CTU stated that all three criteria have been fulfilled and after completion of the public consultation it sent this proposal to the Office for the Protection of Competition for commenting.
