This new ITU publication charts the growth and development of the Information Society worldwide. The launch edition focuses on the implementation of the results of the two phases of the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) including the stocktaking of activities. The report also contains the first full release of a composite index which measures each country's progress towards bridging the digital divide. |
