"Net neutrality is a hotly debated topic around the world and is now high on the agenda of governments and regulators not only in the US but in Europe, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific. However, several different approaches have been adopted to tackle the same issue. Some governments have amended existing legislation to ensure net neutrality while some regulators have moved to allow operators’ traffic management policies to block access to certain services. This report discusses the issue of net neutrality from the perspective of both national regulatory authorities (NRAs) and fixed and mobile operators."
