| NOTAS: | "This document aims to provide practical guidance on the main provisions of the Geo-blocking Regulation in view of its entry into force and the more general developments of certain aspects of the EU e-commerce framework. The document contains information which might be useful to (i) traders who seek to adapt their commercial practices in accordance with the Geo-blocking Regulation, (ii) to consumers and customers who need to be informed about the provisions of the Regulation and their impact on everyday purchases, and (iii) to the authorities in the Member States who will be responsible for the enforcement of the Regulation. The Commission services issued the following Questions & Answers document which aims at providing practical guidance on the main provisions of the Geo-blocking Regulation in view of its entry into force and the more general evolution of certain aspects of the EU e-commerce framework.
