This service provides a single and comprehensive coverage of all the regulatory questions that affect broadcasting and on-demand media services, including those relating to transmission, distribution and content. It covers all transmission networks and distribution platforms and all types of audiovisual content (both linear and on-demand services). The service complements our existing electronic commerce service, which covers regulatory developments related to the supply of online and mobile commerce services. It does not cover the regulation of linear media services or the transmission and distribution aspects of on-demand media services. |
