| NOTAS: | "This report has the aim of explaining in detail the supervision actions carried out in 2020 by the Secretaría de Estado de Telecomunicaciones e Infraestructuras Digitales del Ministerio de Asuntos Económicos y Transformación Digital (State Secretariat for Telecommunications and Digital Infrastructures of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation), as well as the main conclusions of such actions.
Specifically, it refers to the established in the Regulation (EU) 2015/2120, of the European Parliament and of the Council, laying down the measures concerning open internet access and amending Directive 2002/22/EC and Regulation 531/2012. Hereinafter, TSM Regulation.
