EETT is a “hive of industry” where regulatory interventions are crafted. It processes, on an annual basis, thousands of requests, issues and cases. In 2013, EETT’s Integrated Information System (IIS) received approximately 41 thousand incoming documents and sent 12.5 thousand outgoing documents in reply to requests.
Overall, the EETT’s information systems received, stored and processed approximately 60 thousand electronic documents of all kinds. The following table provides an overview of the main case categories.
