"This study on the current state of National Broadband Plans (NBP) in the EU presents a snapshot of the broadband policies in all 28 Member States. It provides an overview of the current and future state of connectivity, including the capacity to reach the EU targets by 2020 and develop innovative measures – a potential source of inspiration for rolling out digital networks. Overall, the study gives an overview on the current state in the Member States regarding their connectivity, the targets and measures defined within the NBPs and the practical implementation processes." |
