| NOTAS: | "This report is based on a survey Ovum conducted in 2015 which explored the state of mobile financial services (MFS) and mobile commerce (m-commerce) in 17 mature and emerging markets. We surveyed a total 8,500 consumers in the following countries: Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Denmark, Finland, Ghana, Guatemala, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mexico, Norway, Philippines, South Africa, Sweden, UK, and the US. The survey was conducted on behalf of Amdocs to explore the current state of adoption, expectations for future usage, and uptake of new applications. It also examined a wide range of underlying consumer dynamics such as attitudes towards savings and confidence levels in m-payments. The findings presented in this report are positive, challenging, and often surprising." |
