"…third annual report regarding net neutrality monitoring for the period from May 1st 2018 to April 30th 2019, HAKOM described what measures had to be taken in order to ensure the openness of the Internet in Croatia. The report gives an overview of HAKOMs net neutrality activities, current net neutrality issues in Croatia, measurement of the quality of IAS and an overall assessment of the status of and developments in net neutrality.
The steps taken by the HAKOM in the field of network neutrality in the monitored period contributed to an increased awareness of network neutrality issues on the part of both the ISPs and the public.
