| NOTAS: | "In 2019, the ERGP analysed the first-time implementation of the Cross-border Parcels Regulation 2018/644 (Regulation) by National Regulatory Authorities (NRAs), including difficulties in its application, in two reports that were adopted in April 2020, namely the ERGP (20) 04 – Report on the provision of information of parcel delivery services (Article 4 of Regulation 2018/644) and the ERGP (20) 03 – Report on the assessment of cross-border single-piece parcel tariffs (Article 6 of Regulation 2018/644). The present report is based on the findings of these previous reports and their conclusions, focussing on the data collection involved, and on data from two questionnaires that were sent to all NRAs." |
