"This report gives an overview of the activities of the NRAs in the course of implementing the net neutrality provisions of Regulation (EU) 2015/2120 and associated BEREC Net Neutrality Guidelines. The first report, published on december 7th 2017, reflects the first year of application of the Regulation: 30 April 2016 to 30 April 2017. The second report, published on october 4th 2018, reflects the second year of the application of the Regulation, covering the period from 1 May 2017 to 30 April 2018. The third report reflects the third year of the application of the Regulation, covering the period from 1 May 2018 to 30 April 2019." |
