OBLIGATIONS
- Access to the terrestrial television broadcasting service;
- Negotiate access, poles and other premises and locations for installation and maintenance of systems, equipment and further resources;
- Provide all interested parties with all the relevent information necessary for access to terrestrial broadcastign wholesale services;
- Not to engage in undue discrimination in the provision of access to services and networks;
- Cost accounting system and accounting separation;
- To set prices based on costs;
- Availability of accounting records (Customs Accounting System), including data regarding revenue from third parties.
