Designation of numbering range ''116'' for harmonised services of social value

By determination of 5 September 2007, approval has been granted to the designation of numbering range ''116'' of the National Numbering Plan (NNP) to accommodate harmonised services of social value and the designation of each number ''116xxx'' in the NNP for the respective service, according to Decision 2007/116/EC, of 15 February 2007. It was also decided to approve and to publish the procedures for allocation of rights of use for numbers of numbering range ''116'', as well as the conditions for allocation and use attached to these numbers.
