Resolution of dispute between Tele2 and PTC in respect of the suspension of the provision of the service of pre-selection activations

By determination of 19 December 2007, ANACOM decided to terminate the process of administrative resolution of disputes between Tele2 and PT Comunicações (PTC) in respect of the suspension of the provision of the service of activations of pre-selection, due to cessation of the dispute between the two parties. The process was instigated following a request presented by Tele2 on 7 September 2007 under article 10 of the Law of Electronic Communications. It was further decided to dispense with the procedure of the prior hearing of interested parties on this decision, pursuant to point a) of paragraph 2 of article 103 of the Code of Administrative Procedure.
