Evaluation of measures taken by CTT in respect of the compensation of users for non-compliance with the indicators of quality of service in 2006

By determination of 20 February 2008, ANACOM acknowledged the report presented by CTT - Correios de Portugal, with overall results of measures implemented in 2007 to compensate users in general for the failure to achieve the indicators of quality of service in 2006. At the same time, ANACOM approved the report wherein the Authority evaluates overall results of measures implemented by CTT.
