Under the Portuguese CPC - Código dos Contratos Públicos (Public Procurement Code), ANACOM is considered an awarding authority and is therefore directly subject to the Code's provisions.
As such, ANACOM makes public all information which it is important to have disclosed in respect of public procurement, including details of procedures, procedural clarifications and corrections, and clarifications on the proposals and qualification documents submitted by tenderers.
In this area, ANACOM lists the tenders which it launches, so that procedures can be followed from the date of tender's approval until conclusion.
