Following the practice of previous years, it is proposed that the net result of the financial year ended on 31 December 2009, of the amount of 14,597,596 euros, should be transferred to:
- Investment Reserves, to the amount of 2,189,639 euros (15% of the amount), with the purpose of being used in the constitution of statutory capital, under the terms of Administrative Rule no. 1534-A/2002 of 23 December;
- Delivery to the State, to the amount of 12,407,957 euros (85% the amount), which will be posted in the item Results Brought Forward, until its payment.
