By determination of 31 August 2012, ICP-ANACOM approved the draft decision on the list of parishes as tend to lack mobile broadband coverage1, which draft decision was submitted to the general consultation procedure as laid down in article 8 of Law no. 5/2004 of 10 February, as republished by Law no. 51/2011 of 13 September (LCE - Lei das Comunicações Eletrónicas (Electronic Communications Law)), whereas a period of 20 days was provided for interested parties to state their positions in writing; Furthermore, approval was given to the prior hearing conducted of Optimus, TMN and Vodafone, pursuant to articles 100 et seq. and in accordance with the CPA - Código de Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code), having also a period of 20 days.
These consultation procedures gave basis to the respective report, which forms an integral part of the present decision and which includes a summary of the comments received as well as ICP-ANACOM's position thereon.
