Enforcement actions carried out in the postal services market to ensure compliance with the activity titles and check situations reported in complaints from consumers and/or from providers and operators of the postal service.
During 2012, 229 enforcement actions were undertaken in the postal services market. These actions sought to check the activities of nine companies exercising express mail activities, with analysis of information disclosed on operating conditions in 200 establishments of CTT's network.
