Select ANACOM as regulatory body, choose the service on which you want to receive information and put the question you want to ask.
ANACOM will respond to your request as soon as possible.
Presentation of complaints
Complaints about providers of electronic communications services or postal services can now be submitted using the Online Complaints Book https://www.livroreclamacoes.pt/inicio. Using this platform, consumers can submit complaints directly to the operator and ANACOM automatically receives a copy for reference.
After a complaint is submitted, the operator has 15 working days to respond.
The complaint filed in the electronic-format complaint book has the same validity as a complaint entered in the physical-format complaint book.
