Introduction


Once every two years, ANACOM conducts a survey on the use of electronic communication services among micro, small and medium companies1 (SMEs) established in Portugal.

The main results of the latest survey, carried out in December 2014, are presented below.

A summary of the methodology used for the survey is given in annex.
