Station licences may be altered upon the initiative of ANACOM, in line with the principles of public interest and proportionality, or at the request of the licence holder, subject to ANACOM's approval.
If the licence is altered upon the initiative of ANACOM, the licensee will be notified of the required alterations, setting out the basis for the alterations and within a reasonable time.
In both cases, ANACOM shall issue and send a new licence to the respective holder.
