Station licence transfers

Station licences are transferable.

To transfer a licence, the holder must first notify ANACOM of this intention and of the transfer conditions.

ANACOM will respond within a maximum of 45 days and may oppose the transfer of the licence or impose conditions deemed necessary to ensure optimal management of the spectrum, including effective and efficient use of frequencies and avoiding a distortion of competition.

The undertaking receiving transfer of the licence assumes all inherent rights and obligations.

The transfer of a station licence does not suspend or interrupt the period for which the licence was awarded.

Requests for alterations, revocations or transfers of radio licences should be made online on this website, in the reserved areahttps://www.anacom.pt/bvirtual/bvru/register.do?languageId=1 - Radio licensing (e-Lic) - and to this end the holder must be properly registered.
