A Atlantic Radio Science Conference (AT-RASC) tem lugar de três em três anos, com o objetivo de preencher a lacuna (em parte já assegurada pela Asia-Pacific Radio Science Conference - AP-RASC) entre as Assembleias-Gerais da URSI, que decorrem igualmente a cada três anos.
