On 21 July 2017, notice was published in the 2nd series of Diário da República (Official Journal), announcing the launch of a public tender to contract auditing of the 2016 and 2017 annual values of indicators on quality of service, complaints and requests for information reported by CTT - Correios de Portugal. Launch of the tender was approved by ANACOM on 20 July 2017.
Proposals must be delivered no later than 4:00 pm on 8 August 2017, through the VORTAL https://pt.vortal.biz/ electronic platform.
