During 2020 and 2021, the pandemic had an effect of +33% on average fixed data traffic per access, of +22.7% on fixed voice traffic per access and of +11.1% on mobile voice traffic per access. As regards postal services traffic, the pandemic had a negative impact of 8.5%.
