The National Communications Authority (ANACOM) and the Research Office (GEE) of the Portuguese Ministry of Economy invited to the submission of scientific articles on the Portuguese Economy that contribute to the identification of problems and to the implementation of economic and regulatory public policy solutions in Portugal in the perspective of Competition in the area of Telecommunications and Digitalisation in the Economy.
The call for papers provided for the award of a prize money of 3000 euros to the 4 best papers presented.
The objective was to encourage the elaboration of scientific articles that contribute to the economic policy in Portugal, while seeking to strengthen the connection between the academic and business worlds.
After the selection process of the articles and their evaluation by the respective juries, the presentation session of the winning articles took place on 11 December 2020, by videoconference.
