Spectru is a newsletter that provides information about the activity of the regulator and what has been registered of national and international significance in the sectors in which it operates.
Spectru, owned by the Autoridade Nacional de Comunicações (ANACOM), has been published since 1999 with the aim of promoting ANACOM’s activities and those of the sector, covering in particular electronic and postal communications.
Spectru is an electronic newsletter published every two months, with versions in Portuguese and English, both available on ANACOM's website and which can be subscribed to free of charge by filling in an online form.
Spectru is produced following criteria of exemption, impartiality, seriousness, rigour, intellectual honesty and editorial creativity.
