Final Acts of the UPAEP Congresses, Buenos Aires, 1990 and Montevideo, 1993 - At these Congresses, the Constitution of the Postal Union of the Americas, Spain and Portugal was approved, amended by the Additional Protocols of Lima, 1976, Managua, 1981, Havana, 1985, Buenos Aires, 1990 and Montevideo, 1993. These acts were approved and ratified by the Resolution of the Assembly of the Republic no. 59/2001 and by the Decree of the President of the Republic no. 50/2001, both of 1 October. The Notice no. 2/2004, of 2 of January made public the deposit of the correspondent instrument of ratifications.
Final Acts of the UPAEP Congress, Panama, 2000 - At this Congress, the 6th Additional Protocol to the Constitution and General Regulation of UPAEP was approved, the ratification process there of being currently under way. This statutory instrument was approved by the Decree no. 46/2003, of 15 of October. The Notice no. 149/2004, of 24 of August made public the deposit of the correspondent instrument of ratifications.
