All of ICP-ANACOM?s activity in 2002 had the ultimate purpose of safeguarding the general interest and protecting citizen consumers. Tangibly, and with this specific goal, multiple actions were carried out to ensure the widespread dissemination of information and the handling of requests and claims; numerous measures were also adopted as a result of dispute proceedings.
