By determination of 16 December 2009, ANACOM has given approval to the document of the public consultation on the format to be used for the provision of the items in the Centralised Information System (SIC).
The SIC should ensure the availability of information on infrastructure which is suitable for the accommodation of electronic communication networks, as well as procedures and conditions governing the allocation of rights of way, notices of construction of this type of infrastructure, record, with geo-referenced information, of all this infrastructure, including public ITUR, and also the procedures and conditions applicable to access to and use of this infrastructure.
This document is subject to the general consultation procedure, for which a period of 30 working days is provided for the submission of contributions. Comments should therefore be received no later than 9 February 2010, and should preferably be sent by email to sic.anacom@anacom.pt. Each email may contain one or more files as long as the total size of all files does not exceed 10 megabytes and, if necessary, comments may be divided into two or more emails.
Once the consultation process is concluded, the comments received will be published on this website, and therefore interested parties should clearly mark any items considered confidential.
ANACOM has taken the initiative to publish an announcement of approval of this consultation in various national and regional newspapers: Correio da Manhã, Diário de Notícias, Jornal de Notícias, Público, Açoriano Oriental and Notícias da Madeira.
