ANACOM has reported that none of the applicants admitted to the auction for the allocation of rights of use of frequencies for Broadband Wireless Access (BWA) have withdrawn their applications, whereas the period established in article 15, paragraph 4 of Regulation No. 427/2009 of 29 October, rectified by Declaration No. 2930/2009 of 27 November has now elapsed. Accordingly the previously disclosed list of applicants remains unchanged.
