By determination of 30 December 2009, ANACOM has decided, based on the reasoned proposal of the Committee and under the terms of article 15 of the Regulation of the Auction for the Allocation of Rights of Use of Frequencies for Broadband Wireless Access - BWA (Regulation No. 427/2009, published on 29 October), to admit the applications of the following entities to the auction process:
- BRAVESENSOR, Unipessoal, Lda;
- MUNICÍPIO DE SINTRA;
- ONITELECOM - Infocomunicações, S.A.
